Plus-E | Plus-K60 | Plus-K MAX | Big Plus-K | The Sidekick

The Methods Plus-E system tackles your high-volume jobs with speed, consistency, and precision. The design is based around a space saving elevator system manipulating a stack of pallets. The Plus-E system will pull out one pallet–allowing access for the robot to take the raw parts to load/unload into the RoboDrill–then place the finished machined parts back onto the pallet.

The Plus-K60 handles any mix of volumes with focus and precision. This system not only exchanges part carriers, but also tool holders to further enhance the functionality of the RoboDrill. The compact automation system is only 32” wide and is secured to the machine on a set of rigid brackets.

The Plus-K MAX expertly combines any mix of volumes for extended lights out manufacturing. The idea of this cell is to fill up the Rotary Storage Carousel with a number of workpiece carriers and the extra tooling required for the different workpieces and let it run. Setups are reduced because the system is based on the robot loading and unloading workpiece carriers into and out of the machine.

The Big Plus-K is strong, reliable, and built to handle your biggest jobs. We designed the Plus Big-K to handle heavier workloads and larger parts than its predecessor. Combined with more pallet and tool configurations, the system will enable your shop to run lights-out for longer periods or automate high-mix, low-volume work.
