YASDA PX50i Titanium Aerospace Structural Component

A cutting demonstration on the new YASDA PX50i 5-axis vertical machining center.

This demo highlights a structural aerospace component machined from TI-6Al-4V titanium.

The workpiece size is 105mm X 465mm X 100mm with total cutting time of 7 hours, 40 minutes at an MRR of 110 cubic centimeters per minute.
