NT-Flex
The NT-Flex is a two-spindle, two-turret precision CNC multitasking lathe. Standardly equipped with milling and Y-axis capabilities on the upper turret, this compact machine efficiently processes over 100 distinct types of products.
It is compact yet accommodates 24-station turrets in both the upper and lower areas. By utilizing quadruple tool holders, you can set up a maximum of 96 tools, ensuring the completion of all processes, including turning, milling, and gear machining.
Surprisingly compact with a depth of just 1.38m! It allows you to position the machine neatly in limited space without wasting any area.
NT-Flex+

“NT-Flex+” is a new specification of the NT-Flex, featuring X-axis travel on the R-spindle and an optional NC tailstock. It also adds Y-axis travel to the lower turret, enabling support for more complex machining patterns, such as superimposed machining with three tools operating simultaneously.
