Precision Hard Milling Demo on YASDA YBM 950V

Precision hard milling demonstration on the YASDA YBM950V completed at our Acton Precision Center. The material used is STAVAX 52HRC on a workpiece 50-55mm thickness. The targets for this demonstration are:

Pitch : ±0.002 mm
Surface roughness < Ra 0.15μm
Z axis gap : ±0.002 mm
