Since its inception, MCC has successfully made the most widely accepted Swiss-type turning centers in the world. These machines are used extensively to manufacture an array of products, including medical instruments, electronics, fiber optics, automobiles, business machines, aerospace, defense, firearms, tools, valves, fasteners, and many others.

Cincom A16 VI

The new A16 concept was actually based on Citizen’s successful B-series machine and was developed to upgrade current automatic CAM type users to CNC Swiss-type users. The cost effective A16 offers many standard NC functions too numerous to mention and is by far the best value Swiss-type lathe in its class on the market.

Cincom A20

The approach to improving productivity (that was adopted to customer acclaim with the Cincom K16 and L20) is fully utilized in the A20. By installing the latest NC unit and adopting Citizen’s unique control technique “Streamline Control” we have managed to slash idle time and reduce cycle time. This is a new generation of CNC automatic lathe that, while giving you unrivalled cost performance, also gives a real sense of true productivity improvements.

Cincom L20 V / VII / VIII

The fastest, most efficient 7-Axis L20-series lathe ever developed by Citizen.

The L20 is offered in three model types:  V, VII, and VIII

When cross machining is required, three cross spindles (standard on type VIII model) can be mounted, totaling eighteen tools: five turning, seven rotary, and six drilling tools.

The three cross spindles can also be used as end-face drilling spindles by rotating the holder 90 degrees.

When end-face machining is required on the front and back, an optional six live tool holder is available. With this tool holder option the L20 now totals 21 tools: five turning, ten rotary, and six drilling tools.

The L20 type VII offers five turning and five live rotary tools (cross milling/drilling) on the gang plate.

Cincom L32 VII

L32 VII: Now with Windows Based Controls

The L32 utilizes a "full servo system".  Even the chuck clamping or workpiece collecting movements are executed by servo motors.  This reduces idle time which is common in hydralic and other electromechanical devices.  This not only results in less idle time but also less power consumption, less maintenance, and less operation costs of the mahcine.
