ES-550V

Durability, Rigidity and Accuracy are the reasons for success of the 9th generation ES-550V.  This machine utilizes the world renowned Matsuura High-Tec Spindle. This 15,000 RPM spindle reduces cycle times, yet retains the rigidity that you expect from Matsuura. Box ways on the Z axis retain the best stiffness under heavy cutting conditions. With a large quantity of tools, and a high speed spindle as standard, the ES-550V is a perfect choice for machining molds, high-tech components or tough medical materials.

ES-800V

The ES-800V is the workhorse of many machine shops around the world.  By utilizing box ways in Z axis, this Matsuura can take deep, roughing cuts in tough materials, while maintaining the RPM required to attain a good high speed finish. ES-1000V

MC-1000VG

The largest of the Matsuura lineup of VMC's, this 50 taper, 40 horse power, box way machining center is built for heavy duty cutting. With a superior rigid frame and a compact size, the MC-1000VG is a great platform for cutting aerospace parts in tough materials. The MC-1000VG runs high power at low RPM, however has the ability to finish cut at 12,000 RPM.
