The GageMax® CNC production center replaces fixed gages in the innovative machining, and cutting and reshaping industry – and measures the entire range of parts in the process. In addition, it guarantees maximum precision in a production environment. The foundation for this is the computer-aided accuracy correction of the axes of motion and the insensitivity to dirt as a result of the fully enclosed machine axes.
GageMax Navigator CMM
Measure directly in production. The design is exceptionally sturdy and resistant to temperature changes. It provides very high measuring accuracy and optimum productivity under production conditions. GageMax is economical. It requres minimal space, does not require an air-conditioned measuring lab, and can replace gages as well as measuring and testing equipment. Lower life cycle costs by 30%. The enclosed 3D box is ideally designed to protect against environmental influences, is not sensitive to temperature changes, and is easy to service. The sturdy design uses special linear guideways, as well as highly dynamic drives with 520 mm/s travel speed and 3.5 mm/s² acceleration, and is not sensitive to vibrations.
