Vertical CNC Machining Centers

Matsuura vertical machining centers offer a rigid, compact platform for effecient manufacturing of your most detailed components.

Vertical CNC Pallet Machining Centers

Pallet Shuttle machines offer extended productivity for your Vertical Machine Center.  This allows you to machine one component, while setting up an additional part, while the spindle is running.

Horizontal CNC Machining Centers

Matsuura Horizontal machine centers offer the customer the ability to gain access to all sides of the part in production.  These machines are hand built with mechanical accuracy instead of software compensation, resulting in the highest accuracy HMC available.

5-Axis Vertical CNC Machining Centers

Matsuura 5-Axis Machining Centers allow cutting on all 5 sides in one set up. While this can certainly be a cost saving factor, 5 Axis machining is used more often for complex contour work, which may need simultaneous movement of all 5 Axes. Matsuura represents the best 5-axis centers, with pallet and productivity solutions to keep your workcenter in production around the clock.

Ultra-High Speed CNC Machining Centers

Matsuura Ultra-high speed machining centers are the combined results of over 10 years of dedicated research.  Constructed in a laboratory setting, these ultra precise machines represent the pinnacle of CNC technology.  The results are the LX0, LX1, FX2, and LX-1500.

CAMplete Verification Software

Taking the output from all popular CAM systems through APT or G-Code, CAMplete TruePathTM bridges the gap between CAM systems and milling machines. It is the "missing link".  It provides everything needed to analyze, modify, optimize and simulate 5-axis tool paths in a seamless 5-view 3D environment.
