The department has 60+ engineers nationwide – many with over 30 years of experience in metalworking machining – and delivers complete “turnkey” solutions for turning, milling and EDM applications. This applications expertise, in addition to problem solving and customer support, is the core of Methods’ strength. Their applications engineers help clarify and simplify operations by providing help with machine tool selection, numerical control (NC) programming, test cuts, process design, project management, installation and support on all of their product lines. The company utilizes state of the art technology and software to program and simulate part manufacturing.
