Methods’ headquarters has a large facility, including over 125,000 square feet of applications, sales, service and a showroom featuring a full range of operating machines. The company has immediate access to the engineers who actually designed the machine and can dispatch service engineers to handle problems and retrofits on location. With 27 servicemen stationed at the headquarters and 10 on average per Methods’ location, Methods is able to service their customers’ needs in no time. Every day, their staff of technical representatives are on the road or in flight to handle on site repairs, maintenance and installations. The company’s commitment to service is far from perfunctory.
