To make sure every problem finds a quick solution, Methods has developed an ‘umbrella’ of support services. Methods’ sales and support centers work with an extensive national network of distributors and EDM dealers to offer the technology solutions demanded by machine shop owners. The company offers quick response times with knowledgeable and dedicated staff and factory trained engineers. The unique blend of seasoned engineers and young talent and a 15 year average level of experience guarantees the service department’s high level of customer satisfaction. From preventative maintenance and spindle repair, to quick on-site response time, this is what gives Methods a distinct edge. The service department provides installations, repairs, training and phone support to maximize and maintain machines’ capabilities.

Methods’ headquarters has a large facility, including over 125,000 square feet of applications, sales, service and a showroom featuring a full range of operating machines. The company has immediate access to the engineers who actually designed the machine and can dispatch service engineers to handle problems and retrofits on location. With 27 servicemen stationed at the headquarters and 10 on average per Methods’ location, Methods is able to service their customers’ needs in no time. Every day, their staff of technical representatives are on the road or in flight to handle on site repairs, maintenance and installations. The company’s commitment to service is far from perfunctory. The service department is committed to continuous improvements, and making things right no matter what it takes.
